Vegetable Triptych

Combining pieces of rural Vermont surroundings, Jen creates limited edition and one of a kind sculptures which incorporate hand blown glass, stainless steel and mahogany.  Recreating plant structures with molten glass, Jen has mastered the use of glass powders to mimic the colors and textures found in nature. “Since the growing season is relatively short in Vermont, I enjoy gardening with molten glass to extend my growing season.”    This sculpture is composed of three pieces, a scallion, a radish and a carrot.
